What KC areas do you serve and do you charge additional fees to travel outside of Kansas City for a photography shoot?
We service all major cities and towns in or around Kansas City including Missouri, Mission, Gladstone, Merriam, Shawnee, Prairie Village, Overland Park, Leawood, Raytown, Independence, Lenexa, Liberty, Grandview, Lansing, and Olathe. Get in touch with us if you are more than 2 hours away from Overland Park so we can make special arrangements. We evaluate each opportunity on a case-by-case basis and will include travel time in our estimate if you are more than 2 hours away from us.
Do you offer special rates for photographing at local charities, fundraisers, or community events in Kansas City?
Yes, please get in touch with us regarding your event. Here at the Perfect Spot, we make it a priority to serve those with special needs in our community and we always look for ways to help in any way we can.
Do you create videos and virtual tours of local Kansas City businesses?
Yes, we create videos for Google Business listings and social media to help local Kansas City businesses get visibility online.
What’s your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
When you book an appointment with us, we reserve that time specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 2 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 2 hours' notice may be subject to a $65 cancellation fee to help cover the time and resources set aside for your session.
